Anxiety Therapy

Are you tired of feeling anxious, stressed, and overwhelmed? Struggling to feel present with friends and family?

We use a combination of CBT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to treat anxiety symptoms. We’ll also advocate for alternative therapies such as chiropractic, massage, yoga, nutrition, naturopath, and acupuncture, as we believe in mind/body integration when it comes to overcoming anxiety.

Together we will explore your experiences, behaviours, and underlying beliefs about anxiety. With the benefit of fresh insight and nervous system regulation, you will be able to identify patterns that are holding you back from health and happiness while gaining the strength and coping strategies to overcome them.

 

We offer flexible scheduling both in-person and virtually because we want therapy to be as accessible, convenient, and comfortable for you as possible.
