At Be Well Therapy Studio, we are committed to reducing the barrier to accessing quality therapeutic care by offering e-therapy via secure text messaging with your therapist between appointments on a monthly subscription basis.

FAQs about E-Therapy
How does billing work?
You can purchase a monthly subscription via the "Subscribe Now" button above. A credit card is required, however, if payment via e-transfer is preferred, please make payment to email@example.com and leave a note indicating the reason for your payment so we can properly allocate your receipt.
How much does it cost?
Our monthly e-therapy subscription is priced at $400-500 (+HST), depending on the therapist you are seeing. Your first month is pro-rated based on when you processed the payment of your subscription. This includes unlimited messaging with your therapist of choice for 30 days. You are required to renew your subscription on your own each month
How does it work?
We use a secure, HIPPA-compliant practice management system (Owl Practice) to send a receive secure messages, which remain connected to your client account. To send and check messages, login to your existing client portal and click "secure messages."
When can I send & receive messages?
You can send and receive messages any time of the day! You and your therapist will discuss an agreed upon schedule, such as responding at a specific time or varied times depending on your needs & the therapists availability to connect.
How long does it take to get a reply?
You can expect to receive a reply within a few hours and at the latest, by the end of the business day, Monday to Friday. The frequency may also depend on the complexity and length of your messages. We ask that you please connect with emergency services for any urgent or crisis matters.
