Welcome to Be Well Therapy Studio, a boutique mental health clinic located in the heart of London! I am so happy you are here. This space has been specially created for individuals and couples like YOU. The ones who have the desire to THRIVE, not just survive through life's stressors. The ones who value life in wellness, wholeness, and emotional freedom. I am passionate about de-stigmatizing & modernizing access to mental health care in Ontario. 


In this space, you are seen, heard, and valued. I value a collaborative, evidence-based, and emotion-focused approach to psychotherapy that supports your personal goals for growth. At Be Well Therapy Studio, I encourage psychoeducation, a safe haven for your needs to be heard, and a comfortable place for you to develop skills, insights, and new perspectives.
