I'm Sarah!
Accepting new clients for reduced rate services (beginning January 2027!)
Sarah is a graduate student in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University, completing her clinical practicum at Be Well Therapy Studio from January to August 2027. During her placement, she offers low-rate therapy services under the supervision and support of Nicole Meddaoui, MA, RP.
Sarah works with adults navigating anxiety, low mood, life transitions, relationship dynamics, family stressors, and parenting, along with the everyday pressures that can leave people feeling stuck or overwhelmed. She brings warmth, curiosity, and genuine care to her work, and aims to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported at their own pace.
Because Sarah is a practicum student, her sessions are offered at a reduced rate, which makes therapy more accessible for people who may be looking for support at a lower cost. Her work is guided by regular clinical supervision, so clients benefit from additional oversight and care throughout their time together.
Bookings with Sarah are available beginning in January 2027. If you’re not sure whether she’s the right fit, feel free to reach out at hello@bewellstudio.ca and we’ll be happy to help.

Is my approach right for

For many of our clients, this life stage includes motherhood and the profound identity shifts that come with it.
We understand motherhood not simply as a role, but as a developmental transition. The mental load, relational changes, invisible pressure, and quiet grief for past versions of yourself deserve space and reflection. It’s one thread in a larger story of identity and evolution.
Parenthood is also part of our own lived experience. Both Nicole and Sarah are in the early stages of raising their children, and we’ve intentionally structured our work around the balance of clinical practice and family life. This means our availability is thoughtful and at times limited, particularly outside of established working hours.
We believe strongly in practicing the boundaries we support our clients in building. Out of respect for work-life balance and burnout prevention, we ask that clients honour our set availability when booking appointments. Protecting our time and energy allows us to show up fully present and grounded in the therapy room.
If our availability aligns with what you’re looking for, we would be honoured to support you in this season. If not, we’re happy to provide referrals for a therapist who meets your scheduling needs.
