Book your consultation
Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming & sometimes confusing! At Be Well, we make it easy to get connected the first time. Before scheduling a first session, you are invited to schedule a complementary 15-minute consultation call with one of our available therapists to discuss your needs for therapy & how we can help!

Implement your plan
If you and your therapist feel you make a good team during your consultation call, your first appointment is scheduled. Improve your self-awareness of what triggers your mental health challenges, while building resiliency, confidence, and emotional safety to express your needs and process trauma by formulating an action plan together!

Find your confidence
Maintain your therapeutic progress & return to taking charge of your life while using therapy as a safe space to attend to future needs & goals. We offer a variety of session lengths to meet your needs & budget. At Be Well, we value the relationship. You are encouraged to attend your sessions as often or as little as you feel is comfortable.
