Hi, I'm Nicole — a Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and the Founder of Be Well Therapy Studio.

I started Be Well in 2019 as a passion project—just one therapist hoping to create a cozy, client-centered space for growth. Today, it's grown into a boutique mental health studio serving clients all across Ontario with compassionate, evidence-based care through both in-person and virtual sessions.

I bring to my work not only over six years of clinical experience, but also the real-life lessons that come from navigating my own transitions. I'm a new mama to a bubbly little girl, a partner, a sister, a friend, a dog lover—and a woman who knows the overwhelm of trying to hold it all together.

Motherhood has taught me how deeply our identity can shift—and how hard it can be to find yourself again in the chaos of diapers, decisions, and daily demands. That’s why I love working with other women and parents who are navigating similar seasons of change. Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, managing family conflict, dealing with burnout, or trying to untangle yourself from toxic dynamics at work, I’m here to walk with you through it.

My therapeutic style is warm, honest, and collaborative. I believe in helping you build confidence in your own humanity—even when others try to tear you down or take advantage of your kindness and success. I know firsthand how anxiety, panic, body image issues, and unresolved trauma can keep you stuck in survival mode. Therapy gives you a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the strongest, most grounded version of yourself.

I’m especially passionate about helping clients:

  • Set and maintain healthy boundaries (without guilt)

  • Heal from unresolved trauma and family dysfunction

  • Navigate workplace stress, people-pleasing, and self-doubt

  • Feel confident in their parenting, relationships, and identity

  • Reclaim their voice, power, and sense of self

This work is personal for me. I’ve walked through anxiety, panic attacks, loss, and identity shifts—and I know what it takes to come out the other side with clarity, compassion, and courage. I'm also not afraid to admit that I am transparently in the trenches of life as a new mother, and learning the ebs and flows of these demands as I go. I stand with you in these modern struggles.

Whether you’re coming to therapy for the first time or returning after a break, know that this space was created for you. It’s not about perfection. It’s about finding your way back to yourself.
