I'm Nicole!

Currently on maternity leave taking care of my mini & working virtually on a reduced schedule!

I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, & the Founder of Be Well Therapy Studio! Be Well started as a bit of a passion project, but after over 6 years in practice, it has become a safe haven for cultivating personal growth, & building healthy relationships with the self. Outside of my work, I am a wife, new mama to a bubbly baby girl, dog mama, sister, daughter, friend, and mental health advocate! Since establishing Be Well Therapy Studio in 2019, I have prioritized providing top-notch, reliable, welcoming, and easily accessible care throughout Ontario through both in-person and virtual care.

After tossing my cap at Western University with a degree in Psychology and Sociology, I was hit with that classic Millennial "now what?" moment. But guess what? After dancing through my own anxiety and body image struggles, I was like, "Let's do this!" I wanted to turn my passion for helping others into a full-blown career in mental health and wellness. My mission as a therapist? To serve up some modern, cozy, client-focused mental health magic that's all about managing symptoms sustainably. Translation: you can tackle anxiety, depression, stress, and drama as long as you're ready to roll up your sleeves and commit to the journey (spoiler alert: therapy isn't a quick fix, but it's a life-changing marathon!).

As someone who's wrestled with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, panic attacks, life transitions, and body image blues, I get how these struggles can suck the joy out of life, mess with your goals, and keep you from connecting with the good stuff. Life's had its ups and downs for me too, but through self-awareness, mindfulness, and a truckload of growth, I've found my way to the light at the end of the tunnel. And I'm here to walk alongside you, being your partner in building a rock-solid mental health future.

Now, I'm diving headfirst into the wild ride of motherhood. Amidst all the joy and excitement, I know that many millennial mamas, like me, can feel a sense of loss for the life they had before baby arrived. I'm here to create a safe space for you as you navigate the twists and turns of new motherhood and discover the beauty of transformation.

I've tasted the wonders of therapy firsthand and I'm a true "practice what you preach-er." Taking that first therapy leap can feel like a rollercoaster, but trust me, it's worth it. I'm here to help my clients reclaim their true selves, take charge of their mental health, and rock their everyday lives with freedom and confidence!

 

Virtual Availability: Tuesdays 11am-4pm

In-Office Availability: Thursdays 12-3pm
