I'm Nicole!

On Maternity Leave (May 1- July 1, 2024) - Offering virtual sessions beginning July 2

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor, Founder of Be Well Therapy Studio, sister, daughter, wife, mommy-to-be, friend, & mental health advocate! Since opening Be Well Therapy Studio in 2019, I have valued offering quality, consistent, comfortable, and accessible care across Ontario.


After graduating from Western University with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, I faced the common Millennial conundrum...well what to do now with my life? Then it hit me! After years of working through my own anxiety & body image, I wanted to bring my passion for supporting others to life by focusing my career on mental health and wellness advocacy. My goals as a therapist are to deliver a modern, comfortable, and person-centered approach to mental health care that values the sustainability of symptom management. In other words, you can experience less anxiety, depression, stress, and conflict as long as you are open to change and commitment to the work (no...therapy is not a quick fix, but it can be a sustainable change to last you a lifetime!)

As I have worked through my own personal struggles with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, panic attacks, transitional life stress, & body image, I have come to understand how debilitating & mentally draining these experiences can be in our lives. They can hold us back from experiencing the joys of life, setting goals that are in alignment with who we are, and keep us disconnected from the people and places we love. I continue to experience the highs and lows that life brings, but through self-awareness, mindfulness, & continuous self-development, I have learned to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I hope to also walk this journey with you and become an ally in creating sustainable mental health in your present & future. 

I am also entering a new phase of life into motherhood and while this time has been filled with such joy and excitement, it is common that many millennial women also enter a grieving process of the life they knew before the baby. I am here to hold space for you as you also navigate through the changes of early motherhood and find yourself in this journey of transformation. 

I have learned the benefits of therapy firsthand and have been an active "practice what you preach-er." Accessing therapy for the first time can certainly feel scary, but it doesn't have to be. I work with my clients to gain the freedom to embrace their everyday selves and regain control over their mental health!


Virtual Availability: Tuesdays 10am-3pm
