I'm Nicole!
Accepting a limited number of new clients
Welcome to my therapy studio! I'm a Registered Psychotherapist based in London, Ontario, offering in-person sessions at our local studio and virtual therapy across the province.
For over nine years, I’ve worked with thoughtful, high-functioning adults navigating anxiety, mood shifts, identity questions, perfectionism, and life transitions. Much of my work centers around millennial adults who are balancing career, relationships, family roles, and the quiet pressure to “hold it all together.”
I’m especially drawn to the in-between seasons of life — the moments when what once fit no longer does.
Sometimes that looks like burnout.
Sometimes it’s relationship strain.
Sometimes it’s the identity shift that comes with becoming a parent.
Sometimes it’s a growing awareness that you’ve been living according to expectations rather than intention.
Therapy, for me, is a place to slow that down and listen more carefully. I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey to sustainable wellness.
📍 Virtual Sessions – Tuesdays | 9am–pm, Thursdays | 9m–5pm, Saturdays 10am-12pm
📍 In-Person (London, ON) – Thursdays | 10am–4:30pm

My Approach
My work integrates emotion-focused therapy, attachment-based perspectives, nervous system awareness, and practical support for boundaries and perfectionism.
I tend to work well with clients who:
-
Think deeply and reflect often
-
Feel responsible for others
-
Struggle to rest without guilt
-
Want insight, but also real-life application
Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded. I will sit with complexity, but I will also gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck.
Alongside therapy, I also provide:
-
Clinical supervision to Registered Psychotherapists
-
Business coaching for therapists building sustainable practices

Professional Background
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP#008404) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and an Honours Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology from King’s University College at Western University. I have experience supporting adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
In my 9 years of practice, I have worked as an interning psychotherapist in a local private practice, and as a psychometrist in both hospital and school settings, gaining experience in psychological assessment, case conceptualization, and report writing. In 2019, I founded my private practice, which has grown to include supervision and coaching for other therapists.
My ongoing professional development focuses on emotion-focused therapy, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and sustainable practice design. Across all my work, I prioritize ethical integrity, thoughtful reflection, and respect for the complexity of people’s lived experiences.

Is my approach right for

For many of my clients, this life stage includes motherhood — and the profound identity shifts that accompany it.
I understand motherhood not simply as a role, but as a developmental transition. The mental load, relational changes, invisible pressure, and quiet grief for past versions of yourself deserve space and reflection. It’s one thread in a larger story of identity and evolution.
Motherhood is also part of my own lived experience. As my daughter’s primary caregiver, I structure my practice intentionally around the balance of clinical work and family life. This means my availability is thoughtful and at times limited, particularly outside of established working hours.
I believe strongly in practicing the boundaries I support my clients in building. Protecting my time and energy allows me to show up fully present and grounded in the therapy room.
If my availability aligns with what you’re looking for, I would be honoured to support you in this season. If not, I'm happy to provide referrals for a therapist that meets your scheduling needs.
