Dialect Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

This can help reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, manage crisis, and increase the overall management of common anxiety and depressive symptoms in daily life.

Exploring emotions and underlying experiences can lead to deeper understanding and healing, especially when long-standing patterns or relational wounds are present.
