Individual Therapy

Available Therapists: Ashley & Jaclyn

Be Well Therapy Studio is structured to foster supportive, comfortable, and collaborative client growth and relationships. We utilize both evidence-based practices and creative therapeutic approaches, with an understanding that therapy is not always “one-size fits all.”

Together, we will work to explore your life experiences, behaviours, and core beliefs to gain an understanding of your presenting concerns and how to approach your goals.

Together, we will be able to identify the patterns of your behaviours that hold you back from the health and happiness you aspire for while gaining the personal strength and coping strategies to overcome them.

With perspective comes wisdom, and the ultimate power to enhance your everyday self! There is nothing more fulfilling to us than sitting across from a client who has just had a major “aha!” moment. This is the look of change, growth, and rebirth. These breakthroughs, and many other moments of enlightenment, are what inspire my practice and energize my work. Our sessions might make you feel things or see things in new ways and with fresh perspectives, so if you are ready to jump in, then let's get started!
