My passion for this work was born from witnessing generations of people like me suffer in silence, unsure how to navigate systems that felt foreign yet necessary to receive support. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of cultural expectations while trying to find your place in a new or unfamiliar environment. This is a journey I’ve walked myself and one I’ve had the privilege of guiding others through over the years.
I’m deeply passionate about supporting people on their path to healing, self-discovery, and a life that feels whole. My work is rooted in the belief that no matter what you’ve been through, you have the capacity to heal, grow, and flourish. I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma of all kinds, helping them process painful experiences, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their strengths. Together, we work towards restoring safety in the body and mind, cultivating resilience, and creating space for joy and purpose.
I also work closely with people navigating day-to-day stressors, especially those layered with the unique challenges faced by newcomers to Canada and first- or second-generation immigrants. I understand the delicate balance between honouring cultural values and expectations while creating space for personal identity, autonomy, and self-expression. I help clients celebrate the parts of their heritage that contribute to their well-being while setting healthy, respectful boundaries that align with their needs.

• Virtual sessions: Monday & Wednesday, 4:00–6:30 PM; Friday, 12:00–5:00 PM
