I'm Jaclyn! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and excited to offer virtual & in-office therapy options at Be Well Therapy Studio.

I am here to support you in your journey to self-empowerment, unpacking thoughts of limiting beliefs that may be keeping you in repeated patterns, and motivating and guiding you to becoming the most optimal and healthiest version of yourself.

 

My approach to therapy is through an integrative and holistic lens, focusing on how our childhood can impact our ability to change and grow and the impact it may have on our adult relationships. My main methods of therapy integrate person-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, and attachment-based theories.

 

Change begins with a decision and a commitment. By focusing on small changes toward bigger-picture goals, things that may be holding you back become easier to navigate. Virtual Availability: Monday-Thursday with immediate availability

In-Office Availability: select Tuesdays 10am-5pm
